HCYO provides a full tuition orchestra scholarship for every registered student. This scholarship covers tuition and registration fees for the fall and spring semesters at each level of orchestra participation (Twinkle Beginning Strings Class, Allegretto Orchestra, Concertante and HCYO Sinfonia) . It is hoped that future donors and sponsors will continue their financial support of this truly unique musical, spiritual, and educational opportunity.

The Summer String Camp is a required four day camp and is for orchestra students ages eight and up. The camp meets from 9am to 12pm at the First United Methodist Church in Kerrville. This camp is for new and returning orchestra students who have auditioned and been placed in one of the following levels: Allegretto Orchestra, Concertante Orchestra, HCYO Sinfonia.

Families with more than one child enrolled will have a reduced tuition of $30 for each additional camper. Financial aid is available for families in need of tuition assistance. Uniform Fee: $10 (paid to HCYO)Students are assigned concert uniforms each fall and uniforms are returned at the last concert in the spring for cleaning and storage.
